#1099 No explanation for "TagOnAny"

I'm encountering a marker tag named "tagOnAny," but I couldn't find any explanation for this tag in the documentation. It was added to Build 3.0.27 and is used in the definition of tags such as color, disMacro, disKey. Could you please explain this tag?

That tag is not defined as part of Project Haystack. Its defined in Haxall here
