Just wanted to let the community know that I created a very simple Xeto plugin for Sublime Text. It supports basic syntax highlighting, and will allow you to navigate between source code definitions of Xeto types.
It can be installed from package control in Sublime Text package manager.
Please feel free to submit pull requests for fixes or enhancements. The source code is on GitHub.
