Choice Defs

Close Operation

We define a new op for closing a session as proposed in topic 968.

New Tags

We've added the rated and design tags which are heavily used by the ongoing WG Labs work on equipment attributes.

What repository is this? I can't find any reference to where this latest code is. I haven't seen any update to the java tool-kit in a while so I guess it's not that one but there's a lot of options in the download section so where are all these updates going?
